If you’re one of the many that enjoys golf, you may want to better your game. The following paragraphs contain a number of ideas you can use.

TIP! When just starting out, it’s important to learn how to properly grip the club. Quite a few people correlate a hard grip with being able to hit a ball further.

Make sure to use your body to your advantage while you play. Don’t just rely on your arms for power, use the formidable power of your entire body. Your body should be fully involved in moving the club. This will help you to get the ball further, possibly without having to swing your arms so hard.

TIP! Put your entire body into your swing to give it force. Inexperienced players believe that strength derives from their upper body, but using only your arms means your swing will be weak and awkward.

Learn how to hold your club correctly from the first time you play. A majority of people grip their club too tightly, hoping that this will help them hit the ball further. A firm, yet soft, grip works better. Hold the club like you would when holding an egg.

TIP! Always focus all of your concentration on the next shot. Don’t allow the success or failure of previous shots or looming hazards distract you from the perfect shot in front of you.

To check your stance, wiggle your toes. If the golfer finds this act difficult as he prepares to swing, he is leaning unreasonably forward and into the ball. Keep leaning back until you can more easily wiggle your toes. This helps you adjust your stance appropriately.

Golf is a game and should be fun, not stressful. Mistakes in golf are common, and laughing at yours will allow you to learn from them and stay relaxed.

TIP! Whatever you do, avoid the thought that a golf stance must be uncomfortable to be successful. First, practice your body’s placement with the ball without having a club in hand.

During a putt, position your left hand so that it’s in front of the ball when you address it. Maintain proper posture and hand position throughout your swing. This technique will give you a smooth stroke instead of striking the ball too hard.

TIP! Boost your confidence by playing with people who are on your level or slightly higher. Don’t try to play with people who are far more skilled than you, as you’ll get frustrated.

If you’re faced with a long putt, you need to focus your concentration to speed when hitting the ball. Try to aim for a middle target instead of going straight for the hole. Doing so boosts your chances of getting a second shorter putt by making sure your first one isn’t overly long or short.

TIP! Make sure you position yourself well and put yourself behind your golf ball so that you can look ahead and see where the ball needs to go. At this time, you also need to factor in the wind and other conditions.

Think about packing a small snack chock full of protein on the course, like a bag of nuts. The game of golf requires full use of your body and mind which can be tiresome. Protein will fuel your body and mind, making you less susceptible to mental drain and muscle fatigue; this allows you to keep up your endurance all the way to the eighteenth hole.

TIP! When striking the golf ball, make sure the club’s face is square with the ball. This assists the ball to travel in a completely straight line.

Try to ensure that you hold the golf club properly. The club should be situated gently against your palm with your thumbs angled downward. Do not keep your hands separate. They must maintain contact throughout the swing. To hit a farther shot, do not grip the club too tight.

TIP! If you consistently see your golf shots go right, you’re probably sliding your body left in the middle of your swing. One way to adjust this is to concentrate on pushing your hands through the swing just a little bit faster.

Stand with the ball about 3-5 feet in front of you, and keep your eyes on the spot where you intend to place the ball. During this point, you should also be aware of the wind and your surroundings as a whole. Contemplating your shot for a few moments will assist you greatly in proper direction and alignment. Now that you’ve got your shot lined up, you’ll be able to send the ball exactly where you need it to go!

TIP! Keep a proper stance. If you are unsure if you are standing correctly, simply perform this simple test: try to tap your toes up and down without moving your feet.

There are some insights here that can be applied to many parts of your golf game. Put them to good use for your next round of golf and hopefully, see a huge improvement.

Don’t just take our word for it!

Although the system is meant to improve your draw, in fact it has improved other areas of my game e.g. my setup and accuracy. I am now consistently hitting the ball cleanly and going in the direction I want it to. I think these are the benefits of the various drills and exercises you suggested.

The "Draw" System has narrowed the exercise and search for improving my game because everything is presented in a neat package without having to search all of them individually.

Being new to the game I did wonder why certain drills and exercises were recommended. In the end I did find out they were great. The instructions are explained very simply and easy to follow but as I said I did wonder initially what they had to do with trying to draw the ball. The answers came in the end.

I used to slice the ball badly before but now I can hit it straight or if it goes right it is not as bad as before, at least it still stays on the fairway. It is a great feeling to see that ball stay on the fairway."

"Before I started your "Draw" System I had a slice. Since following your day by day instructions, I now hit the fairway much more often with a slight fade or draw when I get it right! As a result I have gone from hitting 220-230 yards to hitting 250-280 yards.

I found the instructions easy to follow. It brought me along at the right speed in learning the system correctly without rushing. The step by step system I found left you excited to want to learn that step so you could move on to the next.

It has improved my distance off the tee (a good 50 yards +) and helped me with my swing more importantly. Which has improved my whole game and as a result I hit straighter with more consistency. It has taken me to a new level in my golf game.

It was easy to follow learning at your own speed. It was almost like having a golf pro right there with you. Anytime you can improve at something you can always enjoy it better, especially when you see yourself improving from day to day. I am and would recommend this system to everyone who wants to improve their game."
