Use These Tips To Help Your Game

TIP! This allows you to determine which stance is best suited to your individual style. While proper stance is important, it won’t be the same for everyone.

While golf is a simply game in concept, the reality is that it requires much more thought than simply getting the little white ball into the hole. It takes a great deal of upper body strength, patience, and accuracy to really make that ball soar precisely where you need it to go. Here are a few great tips to help you better your golf game.

TIP! To help you decide on which golf clubs to purchase, you should consult with a golf pro. Golf professionals can help you find the perfect set of golf clubs for you.

It’s always best to walk the golf course, instead of using a golf cart to get around. This gives you a bit of exercise where you can enjoy the sun and fresh air, improving your fitness while you have a bit of fun! Walking also keeps your muscles loose and warm.

TIP! Above all, remember not to take your golf game too seriously. You’re going to make mistakes, and having the ability to laugh them off not only helps you reset mentally for your next shot, it means you can relax more.

It is a great idea to consult with a golf pro prior to investing in new clubs or other equipment. This helps you out because they can help you find the perfect clubs, and they’ll also be abreast of the latest developments in new clubs.

TIP! Every golf club has a “sweet spot” – the point on the face where a ball struck with a good swing has perfect accuracy. When you hit the ball at the lowest point of your swing, you can gain greater distance.

One of the first things you want to get down when learning golf is the proper grip for all of your clubs. It is very common for players to tighten their grip on a club, hoping it helps them hit the ball even farther. Rather that doing that, apply a gentle yet firm grip. Some people suggest holding the club like you would a bird.

Don’t take golf too seriously. Mistakes in golf are common, and laughing at yours will allow you to learn from them and stay relaxed.

TIP! A neutral grip is best. A grip that is overly tight will pull your shot rightwards.

If you’re going to be a golfer, take the time to learn how to properly fill out a scorecard. Many people live and die by their score, so messing it up will give you a horrible reputation. Each time you tee off towards a new hole, the number of strokes it takes to reach that hole is your score. The intent is to do so in as little a number of strokes as you can!

TIP! When you are driving, the back of the front foot should align with the ball. For other swings, the ball should be consistently placed close to equal distance between your left foot and right foot.

Use your entire body to put power into your swing. Although you swing the club with your arms, your legs and torso provide the most strength to your swing. Instead of thinking that you need to power through the swing using the muscles of your arms, allow your momentum from your lower core to whip the club through the ball.

TIP! Try to maintain the same ball position for each shot. Doing this makes it so that you don’t need to keep adjusting your stance all the time.

Grip your golf club in a neutral fashion. If your grip is too tight, you will likely steer your shots to the right. However, if a golf club held too loose the shot will veer to the left. By watching the way your shots go, you can start to fix your grip.

TIP! For maximum contact, accuracy and distance, you need to ensure that your club’s face is hitting the golf ball as squarely as possible. Doing this will help your ball to go straight.

To help you hit better golf shots, pay close attention to how you are addressing the ball. The position you have usually dictates the distance your golf ball travels. Erect posture will help you hit the ball farther.

TIP! Sometimes the best strategy is to work around the problem, rather then try to change it directly. You might find that the problem works to your advantage or that others view it as a personal quirk that you engage in while playing.

Anyone can play golf, but only a few will put in the time needed to truly perfect their game. By adding these tips to your golf repertoire, you will become an expert golfer in no time.

Don’t just take our word for it!

Although the system is meant to improve your draw, in fact it has improved other areas of my game e.g. my setup and accuracy. I am now consistently hitting the ball cleanly and going in the direction I want it to. I think these are the benefits of the various drills and exercises you suggested.

The "Draw" System has narrowed the exercise and search for improving my game because everything is presented in a neat package without having to search all of them individually.

Being new to the game I did wonder why certain drills and exercises were recommended. In the end I did find out they were great. The instructions are explained very simply and easy to follow but as I said I did wonder initially what they had to do with trying to draw the ball. The answers came in the end.

I used to slice the ball badly before but now I can hit it straight or if it goes right it is not as bad as before, at least it still stays on the fairway. It is a great feeling to see that ball stay on the fairway."

The instructions are excellent. The photo's supporting the written word make it very easy to understand what one is meant to do. Well written. This is the best that I have seen in written form. The difference is that every move is explained in detail, with photos, and it is simple to follow.

I'm very happy I've bought this system - the best thing is that I can review my swing and identify the areas I need to correct. Well done - excellent material, I have referred other people to the course."
