TIP! Your body is important to golf. Your body is the power source, not only your arms.

Golf is more than a game in which you try to hit a ball into 18 small holes. It’s a form of art. It takes a great deal of upper body strength, patience, and accuracy to really make that ball soar precisely where you need it to go. The tips below can help you improve your golf skills.

TIP! One of the first things you want to get down when learning golf is the proper grip for all of your clubs. A majority of people grip their club too tightly, hoping that this will help them hit the ball further.

You can determine the best golf stance for yourself by doing this. Standing properly is vital dependent upon your size, gender, and height. Once you find the right stance, you will immediately notice the benefit in your swing.

TIP! Don’t take golf too seriously. You’re going to make mistakes, and having the ability to laugh them off not only helps you reset mentally for your next shot, it means you can relax more.

If you are a beginning golfer, learn how to grip the golf club properly. Most commonly, people try to grip the club hard in hopes of hitting the ball further. Instead of going for raw grip strength, go for a firm, but soft, grip. One popular piece of advice given by instructors across the country is to envision that you are trying to keep hold on bird.

TIP! One excellent way to improve your game is to play with people that are better than you and observe how they approach the game. You should always make the most of any opportunity that allows you to learn something from a seasoned golfer.

Remember that this shot is the only one that matters right now. Don’t let the success or lack thereof from previous shots or upcoming hazards break your focus. If you dwell on mistakes, it will hut your swing, just put them behind you.

TIP! Knowing how exactly to keep score is a good idea for golf. The stroke total you rack up on a scorecard is the most objective overall measurement of your quality as a golf player.

During a putt, position your left hand so that it’s in front of the ball when you address it. Don’t let this position slip during your stroke. You will have more control over the club and direction of the ball.

TIP! A good swing is backed by the strength and motion of the whole body as rooted in your core and legs. Your body needs to accelerate with the finesse of a whip.

The muscles from your legs to your fingertips will all be used in a successful shot. Push down with your legs while you throw your body forward and through your club.

TIP! For a drive, you should stand so that your front foot lines up with the golf ball. This is contrary to how you line up other shots, when the ball should be almost equally between your feet.

As you take your driving shot, your front heel should be in line with your ball. For other swings, your two feet should be about equidistant from the ball. The exception for aligning the ball at a center point between your feet is when you’re making a shot from a slope.

TIP! Don’t get in the habit of hitting from a posture that strains your balance. Practice addressing the ball without a club.

If you want to up your golf game, then make certain your posture is proper. The distance the golf ball travels is dictated by your stance. If your slouch goes too far or even not far enough, then your ball isn’t going to get a lot of distance from your shot.

TIP! Try to maintain the same ball position for each shot. This will aid you in ingraining your stance, and it will keep it consistent.

Golf can remain a hobby for you, or you can try and improve your skills as much as you can. By adding these tips to your golf repertoire, you will become an expert golfer in no time.

Don’t just take our word for it!

Although the system is meant to improve your draw, in fact it has improved other areas of my game e.g. my setup and accuracy. I am now consistently hitting the ball cleanly and going in the direction I want it to. I think these are the benefits of the various drills and exercises you suggested.

The "Draw" System has narrowed the exercise and search for improving my game because everything is presented in a neat package without having to search all of them individually.

Being new to the game I did wonder why certain drills and exercises were recommended. In the end I did find out they were great. The instructions are explained very simply and easy to follow but as I said I did wonder initially what they had to do with trying to draw the ball. The answers came in the end.

I used to slice the ball badly before but now I can hit it straight or if it goes right it is not as bad as before, at least it still stays on the fairway. It is a great feeling to see that ball stay on the fairway."

"Before I started your "Draw" System I had a slice. Since following your day by day instructions, I now hit the fairway much more often with a slight fade or draw when I get it right! As a result I have gone from hitting 220-230 yards to hitting 250-280 yards.

I found the instructions easy to follow. It brought me along at the right speed in learning the system correctly without rushing. The step by step system I found left you excited to want to learn that step so you could move on to the next.

It has improved my distance off the tee (a good 50 yards +) and helped me with my swing more importantly. Which has improved my whole game and as a result I hit straighter with more consistency. It has taken me to a new level in my golf game.

It was easy to follow learning at your own speed. It was almost like having a golf pro right there with you. Anytime you can improve at something you can always enjoy it better, especially when you see yourself improving from day to day. I am and would recommend this system to everyone who wants to improve their game."
