Lowering your golf scores is not an easy task and requires hard work and patience to accomplish. Improving the short game is one of the keys to shooting lower scores faster. The short game is essentially comprised of shots from inside 120 yards.

Wedge game tips:

Lots of practice is very important if you want to improve your short game especially the wedge game. The touch needed to improve at the short game only comes from practice. Spend as much time as you can working on shots from inside 150 yards on the range. Also, you need to work hard on chipping around the greens as that is the key to getting up and down more often.

Do not forget to allocate some time to bunker shots during practice sessions as getting up and down from bunkers can really save you many strokes each time you play. With bunker shots you want to hit the sand about 2 to 3 inches behind the ball to use a cushion of sand to get the ball out of the sand. Be sure to accelerate on the downswing as this is critical to getting the ball out quickly.

Course management is another key aspect to ensuring your scores are as low as possible. Pick targets off the tee that you are confident you can hit most of the time so being conservative is often the best strategy if you want to minimize your scores. An often overlooked aspect to course management is the angle of approach to the green. Whenever possible find out where the pin is placed on the greens and then select targets on the fairways that give you the best angle to the pins avoiding as many hazards as possible.

Learning to putt well is another key component to being a better golfer. One of the keys to being a consistent putter is to make sure to choose one main method of putting and then to stick with it. Keep in mind that even the best putters will miss easy putts so it is important to develop a selective memory and do not dwell on past mistakes. Instead, analyze and learn quickly what you can from your mistakes and move on believing the next shot will go in the hole. When you are over the putt be sure to keep your mind focused on the target and keep the mind quiet when you start the putting stroke.

Don’t just take our word for it!

"I enjoy playing golf more after getting this system as I can put the ball in the fairway more consistently with the driver. And what I liked the best about The "Draw" System was the little by little a day approach.

Most of the times when I am working with a pro, he tries to give me too much for me to change in one day. On the other hand I am also to blame, as I am paying him by the hour, I also want to squeeze the most out of him to make the most out of the money paid. Now as I am paying for the book only a fixed sum, I can avoid this."

"The "Draw" System has improved my consistency. I am able to keep my drives on the fairway with more distance which makes my second shot easier while approaching the green.

The biggest benefits The "Draw" System has done for my game is to increase distance and accuracy with all shots. The "Draw" System has increased my distance on all shots by 15 to 30 yards! Thirty yards with the driver all the way down to 15 with the sand wedge.

What I liked the best about The "Draw" System is that it works! I have tried all types of gadgets and read tips from all different magazines as well as taken lessons. None of them worked. Not until I found The "Draw" System.

I have seen different systems which claim to fix your golf slice but none of these have worked for me. The "Draw" System works! In it are easy to follow instructions and there are very good pictures for a visual explanation to go along with the print.

I enjoy playing golf more since completing The "Draw" System because I can predict where my shots are going instead of wondering where my shots will end up. Thank You!!!"
