The goal of This Mental Game Improvement Program is to give you the best chance of playing to your potential, every game of golf you play.

I haven’t set the goal of trying to get you into “the zone” because I think that is a misnomer. For example, do you think the top professional golfers in the world get into “the zone” every time they play golf?
Of course they don’t.
So do they give up if they aren’t in “the zone” for a particular game of golf?
Absolutely not!
Instead the best golfers in the world go through certain mental processes before, during and after a round of golf that allow them to play to there potential most of the time. And that’s exactly what I’m going to teach you in this program.
If and when you get in “the zone” that’s great. Just don’t worry when it doesn’t happen. But instead, simply follow the instructions I’m giving you in this program and you’ll find it happens more and more as a natural result of what you’re doing. And when you’re not in “the zone” you’ll find yourself playing a lot better than you ever have anyway.
Now a lot of mental game golf books that I’ve read are very wishy-washy. And by that I mean they may be a good read but they don’t really help you to improve your golf game. But this mental game improvement program is not like them at all.
I am not just going to say that “you should hit one shot at a time.”
Nope. Statements like that annoy the heck out of me because it leaves me asking…HOW?
So instead, this program is very task orientated. And each week I give you tasks to do…because without action you’ve just got knowledge, and knowledge without action is useless.
